Driving by yesterday I saw that Louie's was open again. New owners, so I was skeptical about whether or not the quality would be close to what Louie's was under the original owner. The pizza was fantastic, especially since I appreciate a pie that has enough cheese on it without having to order extra. I wish both owners (new and old) much success.
New owners. I saw they had a 20 piece deal at a reasonable price. I was skeptical about trying. Let me end your fears. Fire . Perfect. . Hasann had great customer service. He told me I'll be back tomorrow. Now I see y. Perfect. No need to travel to the danger zone anymore for good shrimp.
We were so sad when Louie's shut down and disappeared during the darkest days of the pandemic. No place in a 10-mile vicinity could compare to their Detroit-style square. 2022 brought the return of Louie's with a new crew, but the quality remained! They also added fried items like fish and chicken wings (not my thing, but my husband was thrilled). They never disappoint.
Food is truly amazing, and is priced pretty decently. The new addition of fried food is pretty good too, I recommend getting tenders and making sure to have the person upfront put lemon pepper seasoning on your tenders. I will continue to come back for their pepperoni pizza and their tenders because those two are my favorite things on the menu.
I love this place. Every time I get something new, its my favourite thing. Everything is good. They have the best fried chicken I've ever had. Full stop. And the staff are really nice too.
THEY'RE BACK! While they were closed for most of the pandemic, they are open again. 11a-11p, 7 days. While I was excited to hear they had reopened I had to eat there to be sure. Mind you it had been nearly two years since I last had it. It is the same quality I remember. Garlic stix are a must, pepperoni and cheese is always a safe bet. Remember to ask for flavored crust! Fried items coming soon, Coke on fountain.
